Our flanged branch saddles provide factory-welded flange assemblies for direct connection to valves, bypass equipment and flanged instrumentation on polyethylene pipeline networks.

Manufactured to EN ISO 15494, EN 12201-3, EN 1555-3, ISO 4437-3 and ISO 4427-3 standards with PCD dimensions compliant to EN 1092-NP16, they eliminate field welding requirements and deliver consistent quality control.

Constructed from virgin PE100 black polyethylene with galvanised backing rings and full-face gaskets included, these assemblies are pressure-rated for Water PN16 and Gas 10 Bar applications. Available in DN80, DN100, DN150, DN200 and DN250 flanged outlet configurations on body sizes from 90mm to 630mm, they offer certified solutions for gas and water utilities requiring Class B and Class C GIS PL2 Part 4 compliance.
